Part-Time Service Staff (m/f/d) Wanted!

Starting immediately – 20+ hours/week

Do you love working with people, have strong organizational skills, and are looking for a varied role in an international team?
Then join the Townside Hostel team!

Your Tasks:

Guest Services: Check-in/check-out, advising on activities & attractions, booking management
Front Desk: Phone and in-person guest support, reservations, cash handling
Administration: Maintaining guest data, invoicing, statistics, accounting support
Organization: Coordinating cleaning staff, ordering supplies, event planning
Teamwork: Close collaboration to ensure smooth hostel operations

Your Profile:

✔ Vocational training in hospitality or equivalent experience
✔ Service-oriented and friendly – even in stressful situations
✔ Strong organizational skills for structured and reliable work
✔ Language skills: Excellent German and good English (written & spoken)
✔ IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), ideally experience with booking systems (e.g., 3RPMS, SiteMinder)
✔ Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (including weekends/holidays)
✔ Bonus: Interest in social media and desire to help shape our online presence
