we’re taking a little holiday break! The Townside Hostel will be closed from December 24th, 2025 to January 14th, 2026.

Until then, we’re here as usual – serving cozy vibes, warm tea, and comfy beds.

Fresh Sleep Comfort in the 10-Bed and 8-Bed Dorms: New Mattresses Arrived!

Great news for all guests staying in our shared rooms: both the 10-bed dorm and the 8-bed dorm have been equipped with brand-new mattresses!

Our new 18 cm high, 7-zone cold-foam mattresses offer noticeably more comfort and an ergonomically optimized sleeping position. Thanks to their specialized zoning, they support the body exactly where it’s needed – for a truly restful night’s sleep.

Many guests already describe the feeling as “like sleeping on clouds” – pleasantly soft, yet offering the stability needed so you don’t sink in too deeply.

We’re excited to offer you this added level of comfort – for an even more relaxing stay with us!

🛏️🌈👩‍🦱 New with us: Inclusive dorms for more comfort 
LGBTQ+-friendly Dorm*, where up to 5 LGBTQ+ travelers and allies can stay among themselves and Women’s Room – a 5-bed dorm just for girls – and . Both rooms offer the same cozy amenities as our other dorms, but with the extra touch of privacy and a respectful, open atmosphere.

Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends – here you’ll find a retreat where you can simply feel at home.
