Your Tasks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2705 Guest Services:<\/strong> Check-in\/check-out, advising on activities & attractions, booking management
\n\u2705 Front Desk:<\/strong> Phone and in-person guest support, reservations, cash handling
\n\u2705 Administration:<\/strong> Maintaining guest data, invoicing, statistics, accounting support
\n\u2705 Organization:<\/strong> Coordinating cleaning staff, ordering supplies, event planning
\n\u2705 Teamwork:<\/strong> Close collaboration to ensure smooth hostel operations<\/p>\n

Your Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2714 Vocational training in hospitality or equivalent experience
\n\u2714 Service-oriented and friendly \u2013 even in stressful situations
\n\u2714 Strong organizational skills for structured and reliable work
\n\u2714 Language skills: Excellent German and good English (written & spoken)
\n\u2714 IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), ideally experience with booking systems (e.g., 3RPMS, SiteMinder)
\n\u2714 Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (including weekends\/holidays)
\n\u2714 Bonus: Interest in social media and desire to help shape our online presence<\/p>\n

\n\ud83d\ude97 Outdoor Area:<\/strong> Maintaining the parking lot, ensuring cleanliness
\n\ud83c\udfe0 All-Round Support:<\/strong> Anything that comes up in the hostel \u2013 from A for “waste disposal” to Z for “room maintenance”<\/p>\n
